Job Summary
Be the trusted first point of contact for customers, managing the end-to-end aftermarket sales process from spare parts quotations through to warranty support and service delivery. Coordinate priorities by scheduling field service, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records within ERP systems to ensure operational excellence. Partner with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to solve problems and identify growth opportunities while delivering exceptional support that keeps industrial operations running.
Required Qualifications
- Industrial aftermarket sales and customer support
- Service coordination and spare parts sales with maintenance coordination
- Technical customer service and internal sales support
- Equipment servicing within manufacturing, mining, industrial equipment, engineering or technical products
- Mechanical or engineering support
- Experience supporting industrial or technical customers
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confidence preparing quotations and managing customer orders
- Mechanical aptitude and curiosity
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- ERP experience (SAGE highly regarded)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive attitude and genuine ownership mentality
