Aftermarket Outside Sales role selling spare parts and services for CPM’s Thermal processing equipment across North America, Mexico, Canada, and select international territories. Focus on hunting new customers, building long-term partnerships, negotiating contracts, and maximizing aftermarket revenue. Responsibilities include managing after-sales support, developing sales plans, maintaining customer relationships, forecasting sales, coordinating quotes and site visits, and using platforms like Salesforce and SAP. Requires a bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred) and a minimum of 5 years outside sales experience, with travel 35-50% domestically and internationally; remote work option with preference for East/Central U.S. locations and proximity to major airports.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years Outside Sales - industry related experience
  • Ability to travel 35-50% (12-16 visits a month)
  • English required; Spanish preferred
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-service skills
  • Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and Microsoft products
  • Experience in selling spare parts and services for Thermal Processing Systems
