Job Summary

Regional Sales Manager for furnace aftermarket products responsible for achieving the annual sales plan, maintaining and growing top-line sales with key accounts, direct selling to account decision makers, generating new business via consultative selling, and coordinating with the Sales Director and inside team on pricing, inquiries-to-orders, and after-sales service. The role involves differentiating the product portfolio, expanding market share, developing and executing segment-based market and sales goals, measuring customer satisfaction, negotiating pricing and contracts, securing purchase orders, and collaborating with the sales team to nurture relationships across engineering, maintenance, purchasing, and quality departments. Requires travel 50-75% of the time, ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications, strong sales communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with the complex sale of industrial engineered products in a manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 years minimum in outside sales in an industrial environment
  • Prefer BS degree in industrial or mechanical engineering
  • Prior industrial furnace or relevant industrial combustion or process experience
  • Prior metals Industry experience a plus
  • Must be fluent in Microsoft Office
  • Able to travel 50-75% of the time
  • Able to read engineering drawings and technical specifications
