Aftermarket Customer Support

Job Summary
Provide frontline customer support for residential and commercial clients, including scheduling and creating service tickets, promoting products/services with accurate pricing, addressing inquiries and concerns, and following up to ensure resolution. Conduct outbound follow-ups, coordinate with Dispatch to prioritize requests, and maintain accurate customer interaction records in the ERP system. Meet personal/team KPIs, adhere to guidelines and policies, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. In-office role in Olathe, KS with Monday–Friday 1:00pm–10:00pm schedule (plus weekend shifts) and initial 3-week training; overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with ticketing and quoting processes
