Job Summary
Monitor and review internal supplier performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement using data-driven analysis. Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility on SLA compliance, then escalate and resolve breaches with actionable recommendations. Collaborate with suppliers and the aftermarket support team to implement solutions, conduct regular performance reviews, and align service delivery with customer needs. Act as the point of contact for customer escalations related to aftermarket services while leading team members and mentoring staff. Prepare and present performance reports to Aftermarket Management and Senior Leadership, recommending strategies to optimize supplier performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Extended or irregular hours may be required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power Point, or other analytics platforms
- Ability to identify and deliver results on time and within budget
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred (a combination of related experience and education may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SLA frameworks and aftermarket operations (highly desirable)
