Job Summary
The Aftermarket Account Manager promotes after-market parts and service solutions, pursuing new business opportunities while achieving sales goals within a designated territory. Responsibilities include managing and growing customer relationships, conducting sales visits, collaborating with internal teams to identify leads, and enhancing customer service and quality initiatives. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of the On-Highway Truck industry, proficient sales techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver’s license is required due to the extensive travel involved.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience required
- Minimum of one year of direct sales experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Three or more years of On-Highway Trucking industry experience preferred
