Job Summary
Facilitate professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for clients within corporate guidelines by completing air, hotel, and car rental bookings at the lowest possible price. Process ticketing for reservations via the Concur online tool, handle re-routing and exchange processes, and address call backs within a one-hour window while responding to emails within two hours. Maintain total ownership of each record until departure, ensuring all travel documents and health requirements are communicated to clients. Execute responsibilities including documentation of PNRs, profiles, invoicing, and accuracy, while staying abreast of airline rules, tariffs, and industry technology. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays with flexible scheduling, including Saturday through Friday rotations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in corporate travel
- Sabre, Travelport Plus, and Worldspan proficiency
- Competency with all ticketing processes including exchanges
- Proficient with International Itineraries and rate structures
- Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to comprehend instructions, interpret documents, and apply abstract principles to a wide range of complex tasks
- Ability to understand the meanings of words and effectively respond, analyze information and write reports, comprehend complex issues, and communicate effectively to diverse groups
- Job requires employee to perform basic arithmetic accurately and compute rates and percentages
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally (verbally and in writing) as appropriate for the needs of the audience
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds of force occasionally
