Job Summary
Develop and maintain a database of expert contacts and solutions for start-up, operational aftercare, and expansion issues while assisting in implementing strategies to support investment servicing. Define and rank established investor requirements for reactive and proactive support, then segment and target existing investors based on strategic criteria. Identify potential upgrade or expansion opportunities in the country, document investor expansion requirements, and present solutions to assigned foreign investors. Provide investment project support for new establishments and facilitate key investor executive events and programs. Create and disseminate communications to inform investors about Agency solutions and establish international press contacts in coordination with PR staff. Requires a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics with 3+ years of client-focused experience; proficiency in MS Office and English is essential, with additional fluency in Ndebele, Shona, or local languages preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance/Banking, Economics, or Real Estate
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a client-focused role, preferably with international clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficient in English, with additional fluency in Ndebele, Shona, or any other local language
- Excellent computer skills, with full proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, and database programs
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management qualification is an added advantage
- Knowledge of additional UN languages an added advantage
