Job Summary
Coordinate repairs, inspections, and issue resolutions for new build homes while acting as the primary post-occupancy contact for customers. Visit homes to assess defects, maintain records of all raised issues, and track progress to resolution. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, attend contractor meetings, and identify defect patterns to prevent reoccurrence. Produce weekly reports, seek customer feedback to improve services, and ensure customers understand aftercare procedures. Requires NHBC warranty knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a full UK driving licence. Based in Bradford with 2-3 days in-office attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of working in a similar role within customer care
- Working knowledge of NHBC warranties
- Customer focused with a track record of providing an excellent customer service
- Excellent relationship building skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels internally and externally
- Ability to use own initiative and to think ahead to forecast future issues
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- 2-3 days in the office (BD17 7BN)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
