Job Summary
Oversee aftercare case management for children following return to their home from removal, coordinating services with families and the case team, and preparing court-relevant reports. Utilize advanced knowledge of child welfare reintegration and adoption to assess needs, develop service recommendations, facilitate service planning with youth and families, and remain accessible per on-call policy while working within Cornerstones of Care and Kansas DCF requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or other human services related field
- Master's degree in social work or other human services related field and licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board to practice in Kansas are preferred
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
- A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
