Job Summary
Direct daily tasks and work assignments for the After the Bell program while ensuring participant safety, accountability, and adherence to City policies. Manage staff performance, coach team members, and maintain high morale through professional customer service. Develop positive relationships with parents regarding schedules, concerns, and child welfare, while implementing behavioral standards and documenting incidents. Coordinate setup, breakdown, and clean-up of activities; supervise field trips and youth recreation programs. Promptly report accidents or abuse suspicions to supervisors with appropriate documentation. Maintain organization of equipment and facilities, pack supplies, write newsletters, and communicate weekly progress to the SPR Childcare Programmer.
