After-School Youth Soccer Instructor

Soccer Shots DuPage County is hiring part-time youth soccer coaches to lead sessions for children ages 2-8 across DuPage County, with paid training and a flexible weekday-afternoon schedule (approximately 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM). Coaches will manage groups of 5-10 children, create an engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environment, and communicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership. The role emphasizes building confidence, character, and a love for physical activity, with opportunities for professional development and advancement. Candidates should be energetic, reliable, and capable of arriving prepared for sessions, and must meet requirements including background checks, fingerprinting, medical screening per DCFS, reliable transportation, and device access (smartphone/internet).
