After School Youth Program Staff- Westside Cleveland

Plan and implement appropriate program activities for after-school youth in supervised, fun, and safe environments. Track, promote, and encourage program participation while assisting with membership recruitment. Provide guidance and serve as a role model to support an exciting, caring, and enjoyable educational setting. Collaborate with peers as a team player to maintain a positive work environment. Positions are part-time, Monday through Friday, with an approximate schedule of 2 pm to 6 pm, totaling 20 hours per week. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with paid holidays, PTO, and training opportunities. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, have one year of youth experience preferred, and clear background checks and drug tests.
