Job Summary
Plan and implement appropriate program activities for after-school youth in a supervised, fun, and safe environment. Track, promote, and encourage program participation while assisting with membership recruitment. Provide guidance and serve as a role model to support an enjoyable educational setting. Collaborate with peers as a team player to maintain a positive atmosphere. This part-time role involves Monday through Friday coverage from 2 pm to 6 pm, totaling 20 hours per week. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and one year of youth experience preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Must clear a background check
- Must clear a drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred
