After School Youth Program Staff- LBJ CLUB - Akron, OH

Plan and implement appropriate program activities for after-school youth in supervised, fun, and safe environments. Track, promote, and encourage program participation while assisting with membership recruitment. Provide guidance, model positive behavior, and collaborate with peers to support an enjoyable educational setting. Positions are part-time, Monday through Friday, with an approximate schedule of 2 pm to 6 pm for 20 hours per week. Starting pay is $17 per hour, including paid holidays, PTO, and training opportunities. Candidates must be 18 years old with a high school diploma and have at least one year of youth experience preferred.
