After School Youth Program Staff- Helen Arnold Club- Akron, OH

Plan and implement after-school programming activities for local youth in a supervised, safe environment. Track and encourage program participation while assisting with membership recruitment. Provide guidance and serve as a role model to support an enjoyable educational setting. Collaborate with peers as a team player to maintain a positive atmosphere. Positions are part-time, Monday through Friday, with an approximate schedule of 2 pm to 6 pm for 20 hours per week. Starting pay is $17 per hour, including paid holidays, PTO, and training. Candidates must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma and preferred to have one year of youth experience. Background checks and drug tests are required for final candidates.
