Job Summary
Plan and implement after-school programming activities for local youth in a supervised, safe environment. Track program participation, promote engagement, and assist with membership recruitment. Provide guidance to students while acting as a role model in a caring, enjoyable educational setting. Collaborate with peers as a team player to support an exciting and positive work atmosphere. This part-time role at the Broadway Club in Cleveland includes Monday-Friday coverage from 2 pm to 6 pm for 20 hours per week. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with paid holidays, PTO, and training opportunities available. Candidates must be 18 or older with a high school diploma and one year of youth experience preferred.

- Must clear a drug test
