Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; manage the overall classroom to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment; communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via mobile apps and discussions; build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic environment where play and learning occur seamlessly; role model a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning; responsibilities include promoting child development, managing classroom activities, ensuring safety, and collaborating with families to support student success.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- High school diploma/GED required
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
