After School Teacher

Design and develop diverse after-school activities including arts and crafts, physical education, and Montessori-integrated enrichment programs. Supervise students daily to ensure safety, well-being, and engagement while addressing behavioral issues per school policy. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment, manage attendance records, and ensure all materials are used responsibly. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and collaborate with staff to coordinate resources. Secure the building by following closing protocols, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with school-wide events as assigned.
