Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day aspects of the after school program, including on-campus supervision of students, providing emotional support, and ensuring their safety. Mentor students with homework, organize arts, crafts, sports, and science projects, and lead recreational activities. Communicate regularly with team members and parents regarding student progress and behavior. Respond promptly to program inquiries and assist with the implementation of the after school concept alongside the leadership team. Work Wednesday afternoons from 1:30pm to 5:30pm, four hours per week, earning $28.00 to $34.00 per hour. German language skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- German language skills
- 1+ years of professional experience in recreational school programs
- experience in homework mentoring

- Experience and competence in advising, communicating and working effectively with parents
- competency with basic word processing and internet functions
- competency with all applications used in the regular functioning of the school
- Ability to ascertain which people may need immediate assistance and to act accordingly
