Job Summary
Lead, coach and mentor teachers in an after-school program at Collins Elementary School; implement KinderCare's curriculum, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn; partner with parents and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement; build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners; contribute to a mission of high-quality child care across centers nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
- Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage in physical activity with children
- Approved state trainer (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
