After School Supervision Staff

Job Summary
Provide care and supervision for K3–5 students in the after-school program; assist the Director of Supervision with daily operations; maintain accurate attendance records; supervise play activities, homework time, and organized activities; enforce safety rules and address difficult student behavior; communicate concerns to the Director of Supervision; assist with snack time and room preparation for the next day; model a Christ-like environment and foster a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered atmosphere; strong communication and organizational skills are required; prior childcare or student supervision experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Be a born-again believer who demonstrates a commitment to Christian education.
- Be in agreement with the Lakeland Christian School Statement of Faith and staff qualifications.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
