Job Summary
Teach LEGO classes and camps introducing students to STEM concepts while managing sessions to ensure safety, engagement, and fun. Complete all required training programs, maintain assigned teaching kits, and adhere to facility safety procedures. Communicate with parents and the Area Manager regarding questions, concerns, and updates. Respond promptly to communications via phone, text, email, or mail. Schedule includes M-F afternoons during the school year and M-F camps in summer, with flexible hours and occasional weekend work. Compensation covers all hours worked, including teaching, setup, and round-trip drive time, with a minimum of three hours paid per teaching day. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, electronics allowances, paid sick leave, and 401K after three months. Reliable transportation and the ability to lift 40 lbs are required.
