Job Summary
Supervise PK-6th grade students in teams of two to ensure their safety and well-being while leading age-appropriate activities like games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play. Assist with snack time, transitions, and daily routines, fostering positive behavior, social skills, and conflict-resolution strategies. Maintain a clean, organized environment and communicate effectively with families, coworkers, and school staff while adhering to all program policies, safety procedures, and licensing requirements. Work Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 6:30pm starting August 31, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to engage positively with children and create a supportive learning environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in a school, childcare, camp, or after-school setting
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
