After School Specialty Programs Teacher

Lead engaging, enrichment-based specialty classes for students in grades K–8, teaching 3–4 sessions weekly with interactive, well-structured lessons aligned to program themes. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment while applying effective management techniques to maintain safety and focus. Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, and set up necessary materials for activities. Communicate regularly with leadership regarding progress, student needs, and supply requirements, while collaborating on strategies for student success. Maintain accurate records, handle inquiries from students and parents, and contribute to additional tasks as assigned.
