Job Summary
Manage day-to-day site operations including schedules, staffing ratios, and documentation while overseeing curriculum implementation and ensuring activities meet program expectations. Build a safe, inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements by prioritizing child safety, maintaining compliance for inspections, and tracking resources and food program needs. Supervise and mentor your site team through coaching, feedback, and training oversight while representing AlphaBEST professionally at school and community events. Establish strong relationships with families, school staff, and leadership to support student success. This role requires a BA/BS or CDA, three years of school-age experience, and the ability to work flexible hours from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or CDA in education
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
- Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards
Desired Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred
