Job Summary
Provide a high-quality learning environment and manage activities that extend the school day for PK-8 students. Manage daily program operations and logistics, ensure the safety and security of enrolled children, and supervise all aspects of the before and after-school program. Coordinate a team of instructors, build positive relationships with parents and school staff, and maintain accurate records including attendance, dismissal data, and incident reports. Assess and solve problems associated with student supervision while communicating regularly with guardians during pick-up times. Work Monday through Friday from 2:45 pm to 6:00 pm EST following the 2026-2027 school district calendar.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience working with school-age youth, ages 4-10 in a school/after-school setting
- Minimum 1-year experience in management with at least 5 employees as direct reports
- Associate's Degree -or- Equivalent Experience
- Applicants must be 18+
