After School Site Coordinator (6005)

Manage day-to-day operations of the Extended Day Program, incorporating site policies and ensuring the welfare, health, and safety of every child. Design and implement daily activities and Early Release Day components while maintaining updated family, medical, and attendance records. Supervise and evaluate Extended Day Program Coordinators and Student Assistants, ensuring a clean environment and conscientious use of supplies. Build positive relationships with parents through daily communication, monthly newsletters, and information boards, while collaborating with school staff including principals and teachers. Submit lesson plans and supply lists by the 25th of each month and attend monthly site meetings. Complete 10 hours of professional development annually and implement plans for Vacation and Professional Day Programs.
