After School Science Intstructor

Teach a one-hour after-school science enrichment program weekly for 8-10 weeks using a preset curriculum to elementary-age children (4-12). Engage students with hands-on activities in a high-energy, part-entertainment, part-education class. Availability required on at least two weekdays after 2 p.m.; occasional daytime sessions. Requires reliable transportation (not public or ride share) and fingerprint-based criminal background checks. Training provided on the curriculum and materials; Mad Science classes follow the school calendar and run year-round. This is a part-time role offering compensation of $50 per class conducted. Minimum qualifications include some college, experience working with groups of children, and a fun, outgoing personality. Priorities include ability to commute to Burlingame, CA and adhere to program schedule.
