Job Summary
Lead after-school safety and front-desk operations at Oakland sites, ensuring secure campus entry and supportive engagement with students, families, and visitors. Responsibilities include confirming authorized adults for student releases, conducting safety checks and emergency drills, welcoming with responsive communication, managing attendance/sign-in-sign-out, assisting students needing supervision or emotional support, and participating in program events and trainings. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team, are essential. Background and TB clearances are required; bilingual skills are preferred.
