Job Summary
Oversee and coach after-school programming across Valor’s FACE umbrella, establishing and executing program vision, overseeing enrollment, budget management, and family communication; provide operational support and leadership coaching to program leaders, perform daily quality checks and walkthroughs, ensure safety and alignment with FACE standards, manage tuition/club payments and data entry, and collaborate with CEIO and school Directors of Operations to optimize space, resources, and programming goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in operations, logistics, and/or people management in a leadership capacity, preferably in an educational environment
- Strong organizational, creative problem solving, & leadership skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional relationship building & people management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
