Job Summary
Educator for After School Program at Endeavour Primary Learning Center provides supervision of students and facilities, collaborates with school faculty and Firewall staff, supports behavior management, tutoring/homework help, and curriculum instruction; duties include monitoring classrooms and common areas, maintaining confidentiality, enrolling in enrichment activities, reporting incidents to the Site Supervisor, and adhering to policies while serving as a positive role model for youth and parents.
Required Qualifications
- Teacher’s Certificate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- (Elementary Staff Only) Obtain DCF clearance
- Associate degree or bachelor's Degree
- Experience working in a camp or school setting
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Skill and ability to use and operate a laptop, tablet, and/or smartphone
