Job Summary
Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities while engaging them through games, positive interactions, and daily program routines. Assist with snack time, transitions, cleanup, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Communicate any student concerns or incidents to program leadership and follow all safety procedures and expectations. Arrive on time, prepared, and present with students to model kindness, patience, and professionalism as a representative of New Life Academy.
Required Qualifications
- Current high school or college student
- Enjoys working with children
- Dependable, responsible, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team and stay active throughout the shift
- Arrive on time and prepared to work
- Be engaged and present with students
- Model kindness, patience, and professionalism
