Job Summary
Part-Time After School Program Leader role in AUSD supporting K–8 students through structured activities and mentorship. Responsibilities include leading after-school programming, facilitating enrichment experiences in art, music, STEM, and recreation, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 48 college units OR a passing grade on the district administered ESSA exam
- Must be able to provide negative TB clearance as well as pass a live scan background check through the DOJ.
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working with children or youth in a group setting (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
- Enthusiasm for youth development and enrichment education
