Job Summary
Full-time After School Program Site Director in Columbia, SC. Manage daily operations of the afterschool program, oversee curriculum implementation, partner with families to provide quality care and education, and leverage business, sales, and marketing skills to grow and operate the program. Regular Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends. Compensation range is $15-$17 per hour. Requires an Associate's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field and at least 1 year of experience in a childcare facility or afterschool program.
