Job Summary
FACILITATE engaging academic, enrichment, recreation, and social-emotional learning activities for TK–12 students in after-school programs. BUILD positive relationships to foster belonging and engagement, apply restorative and trauma-informed practices, provide homework assistance, adapt activities for diverse learning needs, and create an inclusive environment. SUPERVISE and actively engage up to 22 youths during activities, collaborate with staff, school personnel, and families to support student success, and maintain attendance and incident documentation. Participate in staff meetings and trainings and represent BACR professionally. Must have an Associate Degree or higher (or 48 college units), pass a criminal background check and TB test, be able to work after-school hours through the academic year, and have basic technology skills. This role offers pay of $24–$25/hour with 20–30 hours per week depending on location and needs, plus benefits and professional development opportunities.
