Job Summary
Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community, performing evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development. Educate families for carryover in daily routines while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Document care in an electronic medical record system and maintain compliance with clinical standards. Requires an active Texas PT license, accredited program graduation, CPR certification, and at least one year of PT experience. Bilingual candidates and those with pediatric or home health experience are preferred. Full-time and part-time options available with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
