Job Summary
Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community, including evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring. Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and motor development while educating families for carryover in daily routines. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams, and document care in an electronic medical record system while maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, CEU and license reimbursement, and access to a tablet for documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
