Job Summary
Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community, including evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development. Educate families for carryover in daily routines, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and document care in an electronic medical record system while maintaining compliance with clinical standards. This role supports children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs within a clinician-owned organization serving the medically fragile community since 2000.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
