Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based techniques. Help clients build life, communication, and social skills; record session data; and collaborate closely with families and BCBAs to enhance client outcomes. Requires completion of the 40-hour RBT training course; part-time with flexible scheduling; ideal for educators or caregivers in education, childcare, psychology, or social services. Positions start part-time and offer meaningful opportunities to grow skills while making a difference for children with Autism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training course.
- Commitment to at least 6 months in the role.
