Job Summary
Lead Instructor will work with site staff at partner schools in the Lynwood area, lead STEAM projects/activities for students using proprietary curriculum, and teach students in grades TK-8th. Build relationships with parents and students, create a safe environment for learners, and perform additional duties as assigned. Required to start training immediately and instruct immediately, with availability during the current school year and beyond. Scheduled hours include Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 2:30pm–5:45pm and Wed 1:00pm–5:45pm. Compensation is $25.00/hour with potential raises based on performance and time with the company.
Required Qualifications
- Available to start training immediately
- Available to start instructing immediately
- Available to work the current school year and beyond
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 2:30pm - 5:45pm
- Wednesdays from 1:00pm - 5:45pm
- Experience teaching and managing large groups of youth in an academic setting
- Exceptional communication skills
- Access to reliable transportation
