Job Summary
Lead elementary students in enrichment activities and foster youth development within our after school setting. Guide kids through ministry-focused programs designed to help them reach their full potential while serving as a role model in the community. Maintain Monday through Friday availability from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year. This role is integral to our mission of mobilizing godly people into the lives of kids and families. We offer an eternal impact opportunity for those devoted to excellence and wholehearted service.
Required Qualifications
- Agree with and exhibit behaviors in accordance with the Mentoring Alliance Statement of Faith
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Able to work Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year
- Ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification
- Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
- Valid driver's license or Valid ID
- Legally allowed to work in the United States
- Have dependable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- some post-secondary training highly preferred
- Have a passion and love for working with elementary school-aged children
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children is preferred
- Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued
