Job Summary
Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities including World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts. Make child safety the top priority at all times while keeping the space clean and organized. Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included by building strong relationships with teammates, families, and school staff. Work Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm in a structured, high-energy setting. Requires a high school diploma, age 18 or older, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by the state childcare licensing agency
- Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
- Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
