Job Summary
Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities including World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts while making child safety the top priority at all times. Keep the space clean and organized and help create an environment where kids feel supported and included by building strong relationships with teammates, families, and school staff. You must take child safety seriously, follow procedures closely, and remain flexible and reliable to jump in wherever needed. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by the state childcare licensing agency
- Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
- Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
