Job Summary
Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities including World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts. Make child safety the top priority at all times and keep the space clean and organized. Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included while building strong relationships with teammates, families, and school staff. Remain flexible and reliable, jumping in wherever needed within the structured, high-energy environment. Work Monday through Friday from 2:45 pm to 6:30 pm as a part-time position.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by the state childcare licensing agency
- Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
- Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
