Join the Mystic Valley YMCA's School Age Program as an After School Group Leader, creating fun and engaging experiences for youth while fulfilling important EEC qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Excited and committed to making a difference in the lives of the children they work with
- Provide a positive, safe, fun, and memorable quality experience to all children and families
- Develop and Implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with coworkers
- Be able to create a fun, diverse, and engaging environment
- Completion of Early Education and Childcare Trainings
- All Candidates must meet the states EEC qualifications including but not limited to Criminal Records Check, Fingerprinting, and verification of work experience and references
Desired Qualifications
- First Aid and CPR certified preferred, but training available in the first 60 days
