Ensure the physical, emotional, and educational needs of school-age students are met through visual supervision, one-on-one interactions, and regular communication with parents and support agencies to devise individual education plans. Write and implement daily or weekly classroom plans while maintaining current records, documentation, and licensing, safety, and sanitation standards. Provide leadership by modeling positive behavior for assistant group leaders and fostering a professional climate for daily operations.
