Job Summary
PT After School Enrichment Site Coordinator oversees program quality, supports implementation of engaging enrichment activities, and coordinates with vendor instructors to ensure successful program delivery and positive participant experiences. Responsibilities include supervising participants and providers, maintaining attendance records, assisting with arrival/departure procedures, communicating with families and staff about behaviors or issues, upholding safety procedures, and contributing to district goals. Requires 18+ and experience in childcare or an educational setting; CPR/First Aid within six months; valid Illinois driver’s license; ability to lift 25 pounds; and availability for after-school hours (3:00–5:00 PM, Monday–Thursday).
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in childcare or an educational setting
- CPR/First Aid certification required within six months of hire (provided by WPD)
- Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License
- Complete annual District trainings, including, but not limited to, Sexual Harassment, Avoiding Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens annually and Mandated Reporter training every three years
