Job Summary
Provide program leadership for an afterschool student group; assist with branch activities and events; maintain discipline; follow emergency procedures; stay with the group throughout activities; plan and implement open period activities; maintain equipment, reports, and attendance; follow established afterschool procedures and YMCA mission to promote a healthy spirit, mind, and body; positions involves assisting Childcare/Program Directors and Branch Managers; requires physical activities (carrying, lifting up to 25 lbs) and a positive attitude aligned with YMCA mission.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be at least a junior in high school
- No experience required
