Job Summary
Provide appropriate supervision to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of school-age children while engaging them in structured activities covering arts, STEM, literacy, and character development. Prepare the learning environment, maintain cleanliness and organization of program supplies, and ensure group ratios are met. Support Activity Specialists with implementation, plan and execute field trips and performances, and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular updates on their child's growth. Serve as a positive role model and report daily concerns to the immediate supervisor. This part-time role (Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm–5:30 pm) requires in-person attendance, safety clearances, and reliable internet access for training and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma
- Must have reliable communication/computer devices at home with the capacity to access the internet consistently to respond to organizational emails as well as complete training before the start of work (if needed)
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs
- Must be able to lift or move objects/materials as needed
- Must be able to report to the school and interact with staff, students, parents, and the school administration
- Must obtain safety and security clearances through the Department of Education and Department of Health
